15th May The Band of the West Midlands Fire Service

In Aid of the Spire Appeal (we now have over £120,000 of the £191,000)

St Edburgha’s Church Yardley proudly played host to The Band of the West Midlands Fire Service on Saturday May15th.

The Band has played major events including Military Tattoos, Lord Mayors Parades and with rock legends Bon Jovi. Locations have included the Birmingham Symphony Hall and as far afield as Germany and Norway. It is a wind band with percussion and has a very varied programme.

Over £700 was raised for the Spire Appeal and we are very grateful to the band for giving their time to help us on this occasion.
